STEPS FOR REGISTERING YOUR STUDENT

1. Make sure your student has a current physical. Physicals are good for two years and they are kept on file at school. If you are unsure of your student's physical date email me at Kboutin@seasidek12.org. Physicals can be uploaded here when you register your student, scanned to my email, or dropped off at my office at the school. Please don't give copies to the coaches to give to me. No student can practice without a current physical on file. No exceptions can be made.

2. Register your student(s) for their desired activity. Changes can always be made before seasons start so you can register for all sports for the entire year or before each season.

3. Have your students email or reach out to your coach to let them know they are interested in playing, they will give you information on practice times and locations.

4. Make payment. Payments can be made in the school office with cash, check, or credit card. Payments can also be mailed in or you can make ONLINE PAYMENTS . High school sports cost $125.00 and Middle School cost $75.00 per sport. There is a family cap of $400 for High School and $200 for Middle school. If you have both Middle School and High School students the family max is combined at $400. Payments and scholarships are available for those who need them. Please reach out to me at Kboutin@seasidek12.org to make arrangements. Cheer and OHSET will have extra costs, please talk to those coaches about the amounts.

If you are having any issues registering your students please email or call and I am happy to help.

For the upcoming school year, we have started using an application called HEALTHY ROSTER  This is an electronic medical record that parents can use to directly communicate with athletic trainers regarding their children's injuries, schedule appointments for evaluation and treatment, easily catalog information from physicians, implement and share information regarding rehabilitation programs, improve communication regarding playing status all while keeping sensitive information secure.   If you would like to read more information about Healthy Roster please go here:  HEALTHY ROSTER
